Job Description


Proximate is hiring a Project Manager to help us continue our growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager profesional to join the leader Mobile Stategy company in Latinamerica.


As part of the product organization, this person will need knowledge of the product development lifecycle and how it impacts its matrix partners. The key objectives of this role include creating a repeatable process that accelerates timelines and finds innovative solutions to bring the products to market through multiple distribution channels as quickly as possible. The Project Manager is accountable for ensuring that all projects are effectively and efficiently executed and delivered successfully against expectations, and delivered on-time, on-budget and error-free contributing to overall profitability. This role will work closely with various areas of the company including product, pricing, finance, operations, marketing and sales. This role will need to partner closely with each area to understand the impacts of bringing a product to market.





- Focusing on customer centric solutions

- Innovating to find new ways to bring value to our customers and clients

- Engaging our customers to develop end to end solutions focused on the unmet needs that matter most

- Driving the clear articulation of Proximate value creation to clients and customers


Nice to Have:

- Experience with JIRA tool, Atlassian tool suite

- General knowledge of how mobile applications work

- Experience using PM systems

- Able to learn and understand enterprise product solutions and features

- Experience working with multitasking groups

- Bachelors Degree


In our evolution to better support the marketplace changes, we need to focus on the identification and development of innovative solutions.. This position will focus on the development and implementation of best practices to optimize product development and management processes. Leveraging creativity and advocacy skills, this person will have the opportunity to support a culture of management where customer insights and assessment of market forces are utilized on a regular basis to improve Proximate's go to market strategy.


Other areas of focus will be around communication and effective management processes that improve awareness of and performance against the Product organization’s stated mission, objectives and priorities. This will require interaction and coordination with internal communications personnel and collaboration across the Product lead team as well as other leaders throughout the organization.
