Sales & Business Development Executive

Proximate is hiring a Sales & Business Development Executive to help us continue our growt. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales profesional to join the leader Mobile Stategy company in Latinamerica.


A Sales & Business Development Executive should have experience in new sales development and needs to build strong business relationships in the B2B marketplace based upon trust and providing value. To be successful you need to have the ability to analyze customer needs in terms of current business obstacles, identifying opportunities and scoping potential Proximate products.




- Meeting or exceeding quota.

- Prospecting – identifying and qualifying customers through cold calling, leveraging personal contacts, following up on company generated leads.

- Effectively build and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue

- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Proximate products and services, industry trends, and competition.

- Create and deliver sales presentations.

- Keeping your leads, opportunities and deals up-to- date with automation tools.

- Pipeline Management – balancing sales activity for prospects to ensure consistent sales performance each month.

- Maintain accurate forecasts.


Position Requirements:


- Bachelor´s Degree

- Minimum of 3 years experience selling IT services (managed IT services, network integration,

- Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to build client relationships over the phone

- Positive attitude

- Have met or exceeded personal/team goals and quota

- Advanced level prospecting and qualification experience

- Contributed to the overall success of the sales team

- Strong needs analysis, positioning and qualification skills

- Desire to establish a career in sales


Nice to Have:

- Software development knowledge experience, ideally selling enterprise software or solutions

- General knowledge of how mobile applications work

- Experience using CRM systems

- Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity 

- Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (email, phone skills, Microsoft Office Suite)

- Prior objection handling experience in early markets

- Able to learn and understand enterprise product solutions and features
